Agreement

These terms govern your use of kaamsaathiworks.com and the KaamSaathi service, operated by Gagan Labs. By joining the early access list or using the service you agree to them.

What KaamSaathi is right now

KaamSaathi is in development. This site currently offers an early access list and nothing more. Joining it does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular feature.

What KaamSaathi is — and is not

KaamSaathi is a platform that introduces workers and contractors to each other. We are not an employer, a labour contractor, or a party to the work agreement you reach.

The rate, the hours, the scope and the payment are agreed directly between you and the other party. We record what was agreed to help settle disagreements, but the contract is between the two of you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KaamSaathi.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about your skills, experience and identity. Turn up when you have accepted a job. Pay what you agreed to pay. Treat the person on the other side of the arrangement decently.

Do not create fake profiles, misrepresent your trade, or attempt to move agreed work off the platform to avoid its protections.

Safety on site

You are responsible for your own safety and for meeting your legal obligations on any worksite. Contractors are responsible for site conditions, required equipment and any insurance the law requires of them. KaamSaathi does not supervise work and is not liable for what happens on site.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed between worker and contractor. Where KaamSaathi records or tracks a payment, that is a record of what you agreed, not a guarantee that it will be paid. Disputes are between the parties; we will provide the records we hold.

Beta software

KaamSaathi is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing, rating or verification is complete and accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gagan Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of KaamSaathi, including losses arising from work arranged through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending your use

You may stop using KaamSaathi and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached — for example repeated no-shows, non-payment, or false identity information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
